S&P Technology offer hardware and software support for small businesses and home users.

As budget concious computer users ourselves we are aware that the big-name software products are often not the only option, and that for many situations free open source will provide all the required functionality at much lower cost. We can investigate and advise on suitable software for your needs, whether big-names, lower cost alternatives or free open source. We can also supply and support Linux based solutions.

One area where we strongly believe that proprietory software is the best solution is anti-virus and security. We are authorised resellers of the Eset range of security software including NOD32 anti-virus.

We have experience with setting up small business networks for file and resource sharing, internet access and email. We can offer Windows or Linux based servers, depending on your needs and budget.

We can help with operating system and software configuration problems, removal of viruses and adware, hardware faults and upgrades, and many other problems affecting Windows based PCs. To minimise costs we often prefer to bring the equipment back to our offices for this work.

Although we are not in the business of selling computer hardware, we sometimes have second-hand equipment and parts available for sale, either directly or for clients who are upgrading.
